TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms are between you and Sodhera Intelligence Private Limited, Satdobato, Lalitpur, Bagmati Province 44700, Nepal. By using VerseBlock, you agree to these terms. Support: admin@sodhera.com. Legal and privacy: privacy@sodhera.com.
1. AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY
VerseBlock provides personal religious, spiritual and secular reading-alarm routines. It does not determine religious membership or provide authoritative religious, medical or emergency advice.
You must be at least 13 and meet your location's digital-consent requirements. Minors require parental or guardian permission and supervision as required by law. Protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access.
2. ALARMS, SPEECH AND READINGS
Check alarm times, repeat days, enabled state and permissions. iOS 26 AlarmKit is used where supported and authorized. Standard notification fallback may be silenced by Focus, Silent Mode or notification settings. Device shutdown, permission changes or system failures can prevent delivery. Keep a separate dependable alarm for important wake-ups.
Speech support depends on your device, language and installed models. Recognition may reject correct readings or accept imperfect ones. Reading is a voluntary routine, not a security control. Emergency stop and Apple's own system stop controls remain available.
Readings should be understood in context. The included collection is limited. Samples and adaptations are labeled; requesting more verses than are available may repeat samples. No complete scripture library or universal speech-language support is promised. Report content concerns to admin@sodhera.com.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING AND CANCELLATION
An active subscription is required to create and enable alarms in the paid service. Setup requires two accepted recitations. Account deletion, cancellation, support and stopping an active alarm do not require a new purchase.

The available price, currency, taxes, billing period and eligible offers are shown before purchase. Apple's confirmation governs Apple-billed transactions. No free trial is promised unless explicitly shown. Local previews and RevenueCat Test Store purchases do not charge money.
Apple charges your Apple Account on confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled under the terms shown by Apple. Check the next renewal and expiry in Apple subscription settings. Price changes follow Apple's rules and applicable consumer law.
Cancel through Account → Manage subscription or Apple subscription management. Paid access ordinarily continues until the displayed expiry unless refunded or otherwise ended under Apple's rules. Deleting an account, app, local data or RevenueCat customer record does not cancel renewal.
Restore purchases recovers eligible access for the Apple Account that made the purchase; it does not recover deleted settings. Request eligible refunds through Apple's refund process. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
4. PRIVACY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
The Privacy Policy explains accounts, local beliefs, speech, location and purchases. Device permissions do not replace any separate consent required by law.
Use VerseBlock for your personal routines under these terms and applicable licenses. Apple's Standard EULA applies to App Store downloads. Apple does not operate VerseBlock or provide its support.
We do not claim ownership of scripture, public-domain works or third-party translations. Respect attribution and licenses. These terms grant no advertising or public-posting license to your beliefs or recordings. Do not unlawfully bypass payment, attack the service or misuse another account. Rights protected by law are not restricted.
5. TERMINATION, MODIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
You may stop using the app and delete your account using the deletion guide. We may restrict access for material misuse, security risks or legal requirements, subject to purchase commitments and mandatory consumer rights.
Material changes to terms or paid features will be communicated appropriately, with notice, consent or remedies required by law. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, alarm delivery, universal speech compatibility or a particular personal outcome. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Nepal law governs without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact privacy@sodhera.com to resolve concerns. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available, including courts provided by mandatory consumer law. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these VerseBlock terms. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
