PDF All-in-One
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Last Updated: September 28, 2026

Sodhera Intelligence Private Limited ("Sodhera," "we," "us," or "our") publishes the PDF All-in-One application for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App"). PDF All-in-One converts, compresses, merges, splits, signs, scans and organizes documents and images. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, where it goes, and the choices you have.

In short: your files, and everything in them, are processed only on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads and no tracking. The only information that leaves your device is a record of App Store purchases, which is sent without your name or contact details to our subscription provider, RevenueCat, as described in Section 2.

1. Your Files Stay on Your Device

Every tool in PDF All-in-One — converting, compressing, merging, splitting, signing, scanning, reading text, removing backgrounds and recognizing documents — runs on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. The App contains no code that uploads your files, and we have no servers that could receive them.

  • Files you choose are copied into the App's private storage on your device while a tool works on them. These temporary copies are deleted automatically after three days.
  • Files the App makes are saved on your device, in the PDF All-in-One folder of the Files app (On My iPhone or On My iPad) or in the App's folder on Mac. You can delete them in the App or in Files at any time.
  • Important Papers you add (such as passports, IDs, cards and certificates) are stored only on your device with the strongest file protection Apple offers, which keeps them encrypted while your device is locked. If you turn on Lock Papers, opening them requires Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
  • Your signature, if you draw one, is saved only on your device so you can reuse it.
  • Preferences — your language, Larger Text, Lock Papers, and whether you finished the welcome screens — are stored only on your device.

Your device may include the App's files in its own backups (for example iCloud Backup) according to your device settings. Those backups are handled by Apple and are not accessible to us.

2. Purchase Information

Plans are sold and paid for through Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment; we never receive your name, email address, Apple Account or payment card details.

When you buy, renew or restore a plan, the App sends a record of that App Store transaction to RevenueCat, Inc., the service we use to validate purchases and to see how our plans are doing. This record contains:

Data Details Purpose
Purchase history The plan bought, its price and currency, purchase and renewal dates, App Store country, and Apple's transaction identifiers Confirm that a purchase is genuine; count sales, renewals and cancellations
Anonymous ID A random identifier created by the App on first launch. It is not connected to your name, email, Apple Account or any other identity Keep one person's purchases together without an account
Technical details App version, operating system version, device type, and device language and region. Your IP address is visible to RevenueCat's servers when the App connects Deliver and secure the purchase check

This information is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you. It never includes your files or anything in them. RevenueCat processes it on our behalf under its Privacy Policy.

Whether a plan is active is decided on your device from Apple's App Store records, so the App keeps working offline.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  • Your documents, images, scans, signatures or Important Papers, or any text in them
  • Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
  • Location
  • Contacts, photos or camera data (the camera is used only while you scan, and scans stay on your device)
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA); the App never asks to track you
  • Usage analytics, crash reports or behavioral data

4. Permissions

The App asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it:

Permission Used for Where the data goes
Camera Scanning paper documents and ID cards Scans stay on your device.
Photos (add only) Saving a picture you made to your photo library when you choose Save Image Only to your photo library. The App cannot read your library; pictures you pick with the system photo picker are shared with the App one at a time, by you.
Face ID / Touch ID Unlocking Important Papers when Lock Papers is on Handled entirely by Apple. The App receives only "unlocked" or "not unlocked."

5. How We Use and Share Information

We use purchase information only to validate purchases, provide support, and understand how our plans perform. We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. We share it only with:

  • Apple, which processes payments under its own privacy policy;
  • RevenueCat, our subscription service provider, as described in Section 2; and
  • authorities, where we are required to by law.

6. Data Retention

Files on your device stay until you delete them, or until you delete the App; temporary copies are removed after three days. Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat for as long as needed to validate purchases and for our accounting, and are then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You control everything the App stores on your device: delete results in the App (Settings › Delete All Results) or in the Files app, delete papers in Papers, or delete the App to remove everything it stored.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because purchase records are anonymous, we may need your help to find yours — for example the date of a purchase. To make a request, email admin@sodhera.com. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Security

The App keeps your files inside its private, sandboxed storage, uses Apple's data protection for Important Papers, and sends purchase records to RevenueCat only over encrypted connections.

9. Children's Privacy

PDF All-in-One is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

Sodhera operates internationally, and purchase records may be processed by RevenueCat in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If the App's handling of information changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and the "Last Updated" date above before the change takes effect and, where appropriate, tell you in the App or its release notes.
