Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PDF All-in-One application for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App"), published by Sodhera Intelligence Private Limited ("Sodhera," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into these Terms.
2. No Account Needed
The App has no accounts or sign-in. Purchases belong to your Apple Account, and plans work on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to that Apple Account.
3. Plans, Billing and Renewal
Using the App's tools requires a plan. The plans currently offered are:

Prices in other countries are set by the App Store in local currency. The exact price and terms are always shown in the App before you buy. Every plan unlocks every tool, with unlimited use.
- Payment. Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases are validated through our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
- Auto-renewal. Weekly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the App under Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime. The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that gives you access to the App's tools for as long as the App is offered on the App Store.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. Apple will notify you of any subscription price increase as required, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Restoring Purchases
On a new or reset device, tap Restore on the plans screen or in Settings. There is nothing else to sign in to.
5. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
6. Your Files
Your documents stay yours. The App processes them only on your device and we claim no rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to edit, convert, sign or share the documents you use with the App, and for keeping your own backups.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App to break the law, or to forge, alter or misuse documents, signatures or identity papers you are not entitled to change;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where permitted by law; or
- circumvent or disable any purchase, security or usage-restriction feature of the App.
8. Accuracy of Results
The App checks its results (for example, that a file is under a size limit) and tells you when something could not be met. Text recognition, document recognition, format conversion and expiry reminders can still be imperfect. The App never changes your original files. Keep your originals and check important results — such as files for official applications — before you rely on them.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and all associated content, design, logos, trademarks and software are owned by Sodhera or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any right, title or interest in the App to you, other than the license in Section 5.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple (for the App Store, payments and on-device frameworks) and RevenueCat (to validate purchases). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Privacy
How the App handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every conversion or recognition will be accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sodhera and its officers, employees and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim or, where nothing was paid, USD 50.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sodhera and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.
16. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sodhera Intelligence Private Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
18. Apple App Store Terms
These Terms are between you and Sodhera, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. To the extent applicable, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the EULA.
